Refund & Credit Policy

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account menu via Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no partial-period refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.

AI credits included in a plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. If a generation fails on our side after a credit was deducted, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@toolmix.io within 14 days of the charge with your account email and receipt. We review requests case by case; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Unused-time refunds on yearly plans are at our discretion.

If a renewal payment fails, paid features are paused until payment succeeds. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — chargebacks on legitimately delivered service may result in account suspension.

The Free plan costs nothing and carries no billing obligations; nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
