Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and ToolMix.io. By creating an account, checking the agreement box at signup, or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You may not abuse the service, including by circumventing credit limits or rate limits, scraping at volume, automating signups, reselling access without a written agreement, uploading unlawful content, or using generated output to deceive, defraud, harass, or infringe others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.

Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans include the features and AI credit allowances shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. AI credits do not roll over between billing periods. See our Refund & Credit Policy for refund terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. Subject to your plan and applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you may use content you generate through the service, including commercially.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the legality and appropriateness of anything you create or publish with ToolMix. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to output generated for other users, and we make no claim that generated content is free of third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the tools (for example, transmitting prompts to AI providers and returning results).

The ToolMix name, logo, site design, and software are our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or frame the service except as permitted by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. See our Disclaimer for details on AI output.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLMIX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except for small-claims matters and injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@toolmix.io within 30 days of creating your account.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new effective date. Contact: legal@toolmix.io.
